• GROUP discounts of 10% can be claimed on quantity orders of 10 or more copies of Proplab or Proplab/SWIM combinations (claim this discount only by paying with check, money order, or certified bank check). We may not ship the product until after the check clears (several weeks). Shipment will be made to only one address.
• Educational discounts of 10% can be claimed on orders if photocopies of current (up-to-date) student ID cards are included with postal-mailed orders and only if the shipping name matches the name on the student ID card. Professor's and other facilitators must provide equivalent evidence of current employment at an educational school to qualify. Group discounts cannot be combined with educational discounts.
• Sorry, despite statements we may have made to the contrary in previous months/years, we are not able to accept upgrade orders due to the age of Proplab Version 2 and the presence of an existing fraudulent copy of Version 2 on the Internet. It is impossible for us to verify existing legitimate owners of Version 2. It has been more than 13 years! However, if you have an e-mail from us indicating a special offer that we would grant you upon release of Version 3, send us a complete copy of that e-mail and we will honor it.
