Authorization to Sell Images in the Gallery

OBTAINING AUTHORIZATION

Photographs that are sold in the Image Gallery are identified by the button, which automatically takes prospective buyers to the PayPal site for easy, secure and fast payments. Read the Seller's Guide for more information. You are required to set up an account at PayPal (it's free, very quick, and permits you to begin accepting credit-card payments almost immediately). All you need is an e-mail address and a credit card to establish an account.

By receiving authorization to sell images on the Solar Terrestrial Dispatch Image Gallery (www.spacew.com/gallery), you agree to the following terms and conditions, and any future terms or conditions which may be added:

You agree to be honest and fair in any business dealings performed through the use of our Gallery.
You agree to ship the products ordered from you as soon as possible. If you are not able to ship the product within one week, you agree to notify the person who has purchased your product of the reason for the delay.
You agree to pack the products ordered from you in such a way that damage will not occur to the product while in-transit through the postal mail or courier system.
You agree to replace any damaged products free of additional charge to the customer. In other words, pack your shipments well so damage does not occur!
You have the right to refuse orders from anyone. If you refuse to accept an order that has already been payed to you, you agree to refund (in full) the persons payment through the PayPal system.
You agree that Solar Terrestrial Dispatch will not be held in any way accountable or liable for your use, misuse or abuse of this service.

Purchases made through the Image Gallery are done through the PayPal system. PayPal is without question the most heavily used on-line payment system in the world. Over $6 Billion dollars in transactions have been processed through PayPal. Using their system is fast, easy and secure. Signing up with PayPal (to accept payments and/or make payments) is free, simple and quick.

AUTHORIZATION FEE

Payment of a ONE-TIME non-refundable authorization fee grants you permission to sell photographic prints from our Image Gallery for as long as our web site exists (permanently). There are no annual or monthly fee's. A simple one-time payment of $40 USD (United States Dollars) is all that is required to establish authorization to sell imagery using the guidelines in the Seller's Guide. This guide is in Adobe Acrobat Reader format.
